Mission and Method
Our mission is to provide exceptional in-home occupational therapy services for children aged 3-21. Our program is built around a holistic evaluation model aimed at creating and implementing an individualized therapy plan of care for children in order to achieve the target outcomes established. Through collaboration with families, teachers and other health care providers, Emerging Kids provides consultation and educational opportunities to ensure the most consistent communication and practices across all aspects of a child’s life.

Meet the Founder
Hi all, my name is Cody Lukasik and I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2017. After working for several years across the lifespan and more recently contracting with multiple school districts, I now specialize in the outpatient model of pediatric care. I set out to start Emerging Kids with the goal of providing a more comprehensive program to allow kids and their families to emerge to their full potential. In my practice, I have learned that the emergence of these skills go beyond treatment sessions, and is found within the development of systems that can be carried over into every day life. It truly does take a village to achieve the outcomes I aspire for, so thank you for joining me on this journey to build a community of Emerging Kids set to take on whatever challenges they face.
